    Trim for older Nautiques

There is a long, black plastic trim piece at the top of each gunwale on my '94 Ski Nautique, and they are both very sun-bleached, and look pretty bad. I asked my dealer if I could buy replacements, and he told me that they are no longer available from Correct Craft.

Does anybody know of any vendors or shops who have aftermarket versions of such an item? Or should I try to find a local fabricator who could make a custom copy of the original OEM piece?

Go to a specialty lumber yard. Get some strips of teak. about 5 yrs ago I did this and it looks really custom and "old school" at the same time. Low maintenance too.

Try calling Midwest correct craft. Its a product that already has a sticky back to it. You will have to cut it to shape yourself though.
