    V drive oil

    I was just wondering what oil to use in the v drive of my 2006 ZR6 engine.

    trans = Dexron III

    V-drive = SAE 30w or synthetic, depending on which V drive you have.

      My walter manual for my 03 speciffically says use of a non-detergent 30 weight. Check yours to see if that is a stipulation for your oil.

        My 2006 ZR6 with the PCM Power Plus takes the Mobiltrans....which is PCM part number# R190250
