Speedometer not working on 2007 SuperAir 220

First ride of the season and the speedometer is not working. I remember this happening last year and the dealer fixed for me. I need advice or suggestions for fixing this myself or is this something the dealer will need to do? THANKS!

Is it not reading at all, just not registering the correct speed? One simple thing to check is see if either pitot static tube (under the platform) is flipped upwards. They should be angling downwards on a ~45 degree angle.

It is not working at all. The paddle wheel does look to have one of the fins broken but still spins freely. I will check for this tube.
