    2008 SANTE220 w/ZR6 Engine Problem?

Appreciate anybodys thoughts! I was out wakeboarding all day and when I was headed back to the marina the boat would get up on a plane and crusie for a minute then would come to an idle without touching the throttle. It would do this over and over bringing the throttle back to neutral or idle first (i.e. not just leaving it wide open). Even with the throttle wide open it would just idle ahead. The are no warning lights and all indications (voltage, temps, pressure, etc...). There was 20 gallons of gas in the tank.

BTW, this is my first post here although i've been lurking for months. This site was very helpful indeterming what boat to buy!

    Thanks

A couple of things to check. The power and ground connections on the PME box. Battery connection and keep alive wire and fuse holder. Also have a fuel pressure check done.
When was the last time the in line fuel filter was changed?

I've never changed the inline fuel filter as the boat has 9 hours it was new when I got it in December. Just hoping for an easy fix so I don't have to waste time going to the dealer (long drive). How about the FCC filter as well? Are there any indications that you are in limp mode besides the engine running at idle? I will check the things you suggested! Thanks!

        Problem solved

I checked everything mentioned above and it was good. The problem was the primary fuel filter it was clogged with something so I'm going to cut it open when I get a chance. I replaced the FCC filter also, but it looked pretty good.
