Stuffing Box: How often do you adjust / repack ?

My '08 211 hasn't shown any need to adjust the flax nut (I assume the same as what folks on here refer to as gland nut?) during the past 2 seasons since I bought it. Is this pretty normal? I'd think it would need to be tightened a tad at least once per year if not more often? End of last year, IIRC, I was getting about 5 - 6 drops / min. I assume repack about every 5 - 7 years?
