Smart Timer Wire

I need to fish a smart timer wire on a 1999 Air Nautique. I have the timer placed against the hall under the observer seat and need to run the wire to the dash. What is the best/easiest route to run the wire?

You can run the wire thru the open bow area from the observer side to the drivers side and up to the dash. Thats how mine is.
