I got great data for all the parts ect to add a automatic ballast system to my 04 ccss210 however I was thinking what does this do to the carrying capacity of the boat. If I subtract all the weight of the sacks from my carrying capacity there is no capacity left for people. How does this weight work?

All this said, if you run overweight (a) you do so at your own risk and (b) be observant of the water conditions (i.e., know how to avoid rollers coming over the bow or sides of your boat). Now

I have an 02 210 Team Edition, and according to the sticker next the capacity plate, the 820 pound stock ballast system is calculated into the capacity already. So really your boat without ballast should be rated for more weight than mine. My max capacity is 1040 pounds I believe. So yours should be at least 1860.
