    Easy way to syphon gas?

I have a 2007 SANTE 220 and wanted to take most of the gas out of it before I tow it about 400 miles on Friday. It currently has about 3/4 tank or 45 gallons, which I estimate weighs about 300 pounds.

Is there an easy way to syphon the gas out other than snaking a garden hose down the fill tube? If not, I'll just tow it as is.

I would tow as is. Level is low enough that you won't have to worry about spillage.
Years ago, I tried to siphon gas out of my 85. Scraped bits of rubber off the hose and ended up clogging the pickup tube. Drove me nuts for months.

Yeah, for 300 lbs lighter it's probably not worth syphoning unless it were super easy...like there was a drain plug under the boat or something, which I'm pretty sure there wouldn't be.
