Any updates on this? my Air (GT-40) engine has a missing issue at about 2500-2700 rpm under very specific conditions (ie unfortunatly that condition seems to be when your pulling a wakeboarder). I'm the 2nd owner of the boat and the previous owner had the dealer completely change out all the plugs, wires, filters, belts, etc before he sold it to me this year. Is there a test the auto store can do for a TFI?

I had a miss in my boat just this year. It would run great and then start to miss once it was warmed up. Turned out to be corrosion in the wiring harness to fuel injectors. Corrosion caused ohms to be way too high and would shut down injector. took mechanic 4 weeks to trace it out.

Did they have to replace the harness or were they able to just clean up the connectors?
