    2004 SV211 navigation lights

After running navigation lights for about 10 or 15 minutes the circuit breaker will trip. All of the lights are functioning properly. Not sure what the problem could be. Anyone else had this issue?

Are you underway or anchored? Maybe a short?

We are underway when it happens.

Hopefully someone will chime in who has had a similar problem. I don't know if you can unplug the lights or not. If so, I would disconnect the bow light and run with the lights on. If you still have the problem, disconnect the anchor light and do the same. Keep eliminating things to narrow your search. I suppose that it could also be a weak breaker.

I wish I was more help.

Thanks for the reply - That is kind of what I am thinking too - weak breaker or maybe a short at one of the lights. I was really hoping someone had ran across a similar issue and had a quick fix.

Used additional ground source and solved the problem.

Weird but weak/bad grounds can cause some strange problems. I am glad you solved the problem.
