I have 2004 SS210. There is a cooler on the port side that is white and removable, no problem however it sits in a black plastic shell. This black she;; fills water and there is no drain the water just stagnates there. I have to use a pump, cup, rag whatever I have to get the water out. This is a poor design. I'm sure others have this problem. Is there a fix to get it to drain? What's the fix?

The water gets in through holes in the cup holders. You are right, no drain. To drain it, you have to unscrew it from the boat's floorboard, and take it out.
It might be possible to plug the drain holes in the bottom of the cupholders, and at least slow down the amount of water that gets into it. I think the location of the cooler is outboard of the fiberglass stringers in Nautique Super Sports (and Super Airs), so a hole down to the bilge would not be a good idea.
If plugging the drain holes in the cupholders reduces the amount of water that gets in to the cooler shell, I would consider putting holes in the side of the shell, near the bottom that drain on the floor of the boat.

I've got the same problem: Water under the cup holders
I think water also drips down from my wakeboard rakes into the seat (then perhaps through the cup holders or side of the black plastic. I'm thinking of drilling a hole into the bottom of the black plastic (port side, toward the transom) then route the water via 1/4 inch flexible plastic tube.
Has anyone fixed the problem or have a better solution?

I have the same issue in my 05. I Just park the boat on an incline, remove the back cup holder and shop vac it out after a couple of trips to the lake. It is plastic so there is not really an issue with it sitting in there. Consider it a little extra ballast
If it is a soft drink or something you can run some water in it and drive the boat around to slosh it, then shop vac it out.sigpic
