Bilge only switch circuit breaker 2002 SN GT-40

The push-button switch on the electric panel on the drivers-side below the throttle will not stay in the "pushed-in position...can not toggle to the bilge only position only the all-on and off position works.....where can I buy a new switch or do you have to purchase the entire panel?

The push button is likely a circuit breaker and possibly bad or you have a short some where.
