bent prop...re-true or buy a new one?

They are wanting $140 to retrue the prop. I think I can get an acme 1235 that I've heard a lot of hype about for $500. Is it that beneficial to run one of these props? Was just thinking for $360 more might be good investment.

Also, will this prop transfer over when I upgrade to a newer bigger nautique? I have 04 SAN 210

Do both--get your existing prop fixed and buy a new one when you have the $ saved up. That way, you have a spare (your old one).

What will the 1235 do for your boat performance wise? i have a 660 i think. And I feel like there is not enough power when I’m pulling someone out. I’m not worried about speed more torque and getting on plan. What kind of prop should i be looking for.

The benefit of the 1235 is the hole shot. (So it doesn't have a high top end speed.) Call the folks at ACME and based on your needs (surf, WB, slalom, or barefoot) and the hp of your engine, they can help you pick a prop that is suited to your needs.
