Just put a new GT40 motor in an 2000 SAN. When we took the boat to the river to test. The boat will not exceed 1750 RPM in forward. If we put the boat in Reverse it runs fine up to 4500 RPM. Has anyone had this issue? I have checked all fuel lines and put new fuel in. Is it a Knocking sensor? Could it be a bad EEC?
