Ram-Lin Trailer Fender damage

Had a tire blow out on the drivers side back tandem axle. When it blew it rolled the back of the fender under and took most all the paint off in the same general area.

Just curious if these fenders are repairable or should I just plan on ordering a replacement? If I do order a replacement do they come pre-painted or primered? And lastley any ideas as to the cost of repairs or replacement?

good question, both fenders are dented up on my trailer, would like to know how to replace/repair them as cheaply as possible
