Turbo Lube Hub Cap (Amber Color)

Does any one know where the plastic (amber color) Turbo Lube caps can be purchased? Two of the caps on my trailer have become discolored (black tint) and I cannot visually tell if the fluid is the correct level.

Eastern Marine has them, although it only looks like they have the center fill on their site.

I was looking to replace with the same part (very similar to the one above but with the brass plug on the top of the cap). My caps also have min and max lines to visually inspect oil level.
