Backlight on Faria gauges - problems

Suddenly, I don't have any backlight on all Faria gauges but the Zero Off and Clarion remote backlight are still fonctionning. It's on a '09 196 LTD.

What is the problem?

I recently had the same problem on my '07LE with PPSG. There was a loose wire in the harness that I had to solder. I'm not familiar with how ZO connects with the Faria Gateway, but I'm assuming there must be wiring harnesses like PP? PP had the wiring schematic on their website, so tracking down the correct wire was easy.
