    drain/flush cooling system

I've read the manual and diagrams, but i wanted to know if i need to do anything once it's drained besides replace everything i unscrewed and fill with water/coolant. Also, does a little fluid come out of all the different locations or is it localized to mostly one place? closed cooled ex330

Use distilled water and be sure to use the right sealant on everything you removed. Also, it is highly unlikely you are going to get all the fluid out, so if you accidently put the wrong coolant in, you may need to bring it somewhere and have them flush the whole cooling system. Do a google search for mixing Dexcool with other types of coolant.

Its takes a while to fill up, so be patient. The coolant pump does not circulate fluid as fast as you would expect.

Good point. I use distilled in all my autos.

Also, do not mix dexcool stronger than 50:50. It will gel/gum.
