Plugging the hole from the ski pylon from a 1998 Super Sport?

Any suggestions? This is to plug the hole where the ski pylon was removed. It's a buddies boat, the hole is in the middle of the floor, not behind the seat like mine. I think I have seen some options posted but I didn't find any after a brief search. He is thinking a small table holder or something similar?

Mike, try the McMaster Carr website or catalog. They have all kinds of wierd stuff.

Also try camper or motohome supply. I've seen plugs where the camper tables post into the floor. I think its about the same size.

I bought one of these and painted it gray to match the carpet.

I have a flat stainless steel drain cover. It has small holes (>1/4") and it just covers the hole. I got it from overtons and its made by Atwood. It just covers the hole.

You could make a whole new floor piece with new carpet.

Mike, not sure if this idea would work or not on the Nautique. When I had my 02 prostar 197 I removed the pylon. I used a piece of PVC pipe and installed a flat cap on it, then glued a piece of carpet to the cap. I cut the pipe to make it flush. It fit nice and snug and was easy to remove when needed to.
