I use a air operated one from harbor freight like this http://www.harborfreight.com/6-1-4-q...tor-46149.html that I have had for about 6 years now. I replaced the line on one of the probes with enough ice maker line that I can leave it sit on the ground and still use it and it works great. I know a lot of people say to avoid sticking plastic lines in the transmission so they don't get stuck in there, although I haven't had any problem with the ice maker line.

Thanks shawndoggy for the clarification! I will relay to the PCM mechanic that told me to not change the transmission oil, only to check level and for contamination.

I have one like this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000GU...&pi=SX200_QL40
I like that the hose is hard/rigid and small. Great for poking around to find the lowest spot in your transmission.

Sorry for the thread dig but the topic remains the same.
After owning my boat for one year and about 100 hrs I decided to change the trans oil. I was told it had just had a major service prior to purchasing so assumed trans oil would have been included, my mistake.
Basically for those who are saying that old oil should not be replaced 100% with new, what would you do here? I'm wondering if it's ever been changed in it's 330hrs.
