Sorry! I know this has been discussed on here before but the searches don't seem to find anything. What is the best way to winterize the ballast in my '09 210? Thanks for your help

I do not know specifically the correct way to winterize your tanks, but I can tell you some basic principles. If you cannot get all the water out, of the tanks, and the drain pump, you must dilute the water left, with antifreeze. What does your owners manual say about winterization of the ballast system?
On some boats, I was able to remove the last bit of water by taking a wet-dry vacuum and putting the hose sucking on the output, or drain port of the boat.
Where do you live? if it barely gets below freezing for a few days, winterization is one thing. If your boat is stored in an unheated barn, outside of Frostbite Falls, Minnesota, winterizing is much more involved.
