Nothing if it is a closed cooling motor (ZR6). If not then it would need to be drained just like the motor, disconnect both lines going from the motor to the heater and blow one end with you mouth to push all the water out the other hose, fill with whatever anti-freeze you are using, re-connect. Both lines to the heater should be coming from near your water pump and manifold depending on whether it's a GM or Ford block.
Is the SAN in your picture the boat you are winterizing? If so, the two hoses will be in the back port side corner of your boat. There will be a hose up top to the right (when you are facing the back of the boat) of the thermostat housing. Remove that (easier to do while the engine is warm, but don't touch anywhere else on the motor!) and then the lower hose should be attached to the side of your block. Remove this hose and lay it down low in the bilge. Also, when you pull that hose, make sure water is coming out of the block plug. If not, there could be debris inside of there that you need to remove. Then you can put your mouth on the top hose and blow air all the way through until the water flushes out of the lower hose (you will get light headed because your air has to travel from the back of the boat to under the dash and to the back of the boat again!). Once you have the majority out, feed the line with antifreeze until it is constantly flowing out of the lower line. At that point, hook both of the hoses back up and you are finished with the heater portion.
