    Bilge pump circuit breaker problem

I have a weird problem with my bilge pumps. Sometime during the day the bilge pumps stopped working, I know this because they were working fine in the morning. Knowing that I have a leak someplace, I always leave my bilge pump on automatic over night whenever I leave the boat in the water. I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't come on. I checked the circuit breaker beside the driver's seat and reset that a few times but, the dash panel (keyless) bilge pump wouldn't come on. Go to check the electrical circuit breakers under the dash and found that the bilge circuit breaker was in a tripped state or something because I tried to push it back in and the button is basically floating under the rubber cover.
Not in a position to remove the kick panel to investigate, is the circuit breaker replaceable or does it require a new box (I'm hoping not)?
