Where is it in the boat?

Under the rear seat on my 05'.

Unless I'm mistaken, it is under the rear seat. If you remove the bottom cushion(s), you should find a pin on each side (towards the lower end of the back rest of the seat), remove the pins and you should be able to move the "box" that makes the seat (depending on the year, either carpeted or made fully out of fiberglass).

2006 206, if you remove the carpeted covers in the trunk compartment you will see the tank.
