Where do you have the extra/dual batteries in your Super Air Nautique?
I have a 2002 SAN--trying to figure out where the best location to put an auxiliary battery bank (2 group 27's) is. The starting battery is under the port side rear seat, recessed into the floor. So far, here are my options:
1) Make a new space recessed in the floor under the starboard side rear seat like RainDog has done here:

Drawback: Time/Labor intensive, not very experienced with fiberglass layups
2) Put the batteries under the passenger's seat
Drawback: Long runs of cable, concerned about weight distribution (seems like most of the weight is on the port side already and the wake tends to wash out)
3) Put the batteries in the nose
Drawback: Even LONGER cable runs, loss of storage for anchor, concerned about water coming over the bow
