Closed Cooling System for Excaliber Engine, Where to find?

Does anyone know who has the correct "fresh water" closed cooling system for the PCM Excaliber engine? I did several web searches but could not find any definite matches.

I want to run antifreeze in my boat as I know this is good for cars.
