maybe STANDARD MOTOR PRODUCTS Part # LX237

                        http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=49721

                        I'm guessing....try looking up the parts for a 95 F150 with a 5.8L
Next step would be to try the mustang. I suggest 94 or earlier with OBD1 i'm not sure what year they switched mustangs to obd2....which likely had no distributor. F150's didn't change until 1997.

My first pass looks pretty good.
