    Need a new long block

Hey guys, trying to figure out where I can find the right long block for my 5.7L ex 343 PCM engine. I have friend that has some auto gm long blocks in stock but I'm worried it won't be compatible. Does PCM build the top and bottom end with performance parts? My biggest concern is that I won't have the proper compression ratio 9.4:1 if I use a standard long block. Any suggestions? Does anyone have the long block specs PCM uses? Any help is appreciated!
