    ? Free support? If not, I think part of the purpose of online discussion forums like this is to avoid paying out the yahoo for "advice". I'm not sure being a PCM tech necessarily helps in every case anyways - we have more years of ownership and experience on PN than any shop, not to mention members who are/or have been techs themselves. I think you'll find that CC customer service and support (*in most cases) is such that a friendly phone call to a dealer can reward you with plenty of insight. Heck, I've called California dealers from NH just to talk to guys in the shop because they it was too late on the East coast, and have probably cost PCM an engineers full days wage from picking their brains about engine management. It works out though, because I consume they product they supply in the end and it keeps me happy.
