    whats trans and v-drive oil to use ?

    hey i have a 2003 super air 210 and im wanting to service the boat gota change the oil and draing the fuel/water caster also figured i would service the transmission and v-drive oil question is what type of transmission oil do i use and and what type of oil for the v-drive also how do i change the fluids since its not like a car and this is my first boat

      I use a Pela oil extractor. Dex III in the trans. Like airtool said check out your boats manual http://www.planetnautique.com/vb3/co...Owners-Manuals

          30W is the V-drive, not the trans. Trans = DexIII as 74 stated. As far as oil, this is an endless debate, I use Mobil 1 20w50 for synthetic, and Valvoline VR1 for conventional.
