    Heater Temp?

How hot should the heater be.?

The heater in my 03 SAN isn't hot - it's only marginally warmer than the outside temp.?

Could it be hooked up wrong.?

Did you properly winterize the heater core at the end of last season? My first guess would be freeze damage.

They only circulate water while the engine is under power unless you have the Y adapter. This will make it seem cold/cool while idleing. Take a look at SkiDim in the heater category and you will see the Y. I added one to my last boat and it helped. The heater was much hotter with it.

Chopper is in Brisbane. He is not likely to suffer freeze damage.

You could pull the core and flush it good.
