wakebord pro 5.5 upgrade to stargate

Anyone done this yet? I have an 05 SV211... I have to change the display and the module... Anyone have details how to change the display.... I hate working under the dash of my car... Is this any better?

    Of course...it smells like fiberglass.

Ask Perfect Pass. I'm sure they have instructions for this. This should be very easy.

Yes, I checked the instructions.... For the display it is simply plug and play... hence the post

I added stargazer to my boat last year. It would be best to remove the steering wheel (take out the allen bolts after you make an up arrow on the center bolt with the rudder in centered position). Then there are four screws which let the dash come off of the console. There will be a couple of connectors to disconnect and then you can take the dash to a workbench or a table. From there it is a piece of cake. Not too bad to tackle in an afternoon.

Thanks. That doesn't sound too bad.... Special tools needed or the steering wheel just comes off after its unbolted?

Did you get the magnet timers?

Do you ski with your 211? What do you do to keep the wake as flat as possible?

I think the bolts are metric 6.5mm. Didn't get the magnets. To keep it flat, the wife pulls me first thing before the kids get up and the cooler and fuel tank gets full. The wake is much better above 30 but still no SN.
