    measuring for new deck cleats

I am adding front pop up deck cleats to my 2001 196. Before I start drilling and cutting holes does anyone on the site have them on theirs and could they take some measurements so I can get an idea where to lay it out. Pictures could make a good reference as well. Thanks.

I added two to my 2006 SANTE. I used an adjustable square to split the difference on the rounded edge of the rail to the top curve. Not extremely accurate but since I locked the adjustable square I was able to copy the dim on the other side. I used a screw on the rub rail on each side as the center line.

7/8 hole saw "in reverse" to pop the holes and Dremel to chamfer the edges
