Which wires go to kill switch?

The previous owner of my boat must of bypassed the kill switch/lanyard and I want to hook it back up. Can someone help me out on which wires got to the switch? I looked behind the panel and couldn't find the wires. 2001 SAN with the Gt40. Thanks

I am in the midst of an engine rebuild and will check out the exact wiring later. I did take a peak the wires seem to go into the dash area on my '97 SNOB. I would guess they run to the ignition wiring or something along that lines, if you have not looked there yet?

Sorry I have been so consumed with my engine I still have not taken off my dashcover to see where the switch goes to. I did however nitice that the home page of this site has wiring diagrams for a ton of boats. I would bet a buffalo nickel that you can find what you need there. Can't believe I just used buffalo nickel - Ha!

Thanks for the information. I checked the 2000 SAN wiring diagram and it looks like two purple wires go to the kill switch. I think it should be the same for the 2001 SAN. I will check behind the dash if I can find those two wires spliced together. Thanks again.
