    Keep blowing 20a fuse?

Last season I blew one of the 20a fuse near the reset that has the three fuses on a 2003 Excalibur. Ran fine but this year it keeps blowing. I think they have to do with the fuel pumps and maybe a computer. Should I just replace the fuel pumps and relays and go from there. It seems like the perfect pass sounds funny reseting itself but have never paid it much attention so it maybe normal. When I replace the fuse it will start then blow the fuse. The engine will turn without the fuse but won't start. Thanks.

The 20 amp fuse runs both fuel pumps and in most cases the low pressure pump is drawing to many amps causing the fuse to blow. I would start with that one.
