    Prop Repair - NC

I hit something with the prop - not major, but about 1/4 inch nicks in the outer edge of the blade. I have had Alum props repaired, but the shop in raleigh closed up - anyone know where props are repaired in North Carolina ?

contact Whitelake. They send it out to somebody. I've had three props repaired and they all were right afterward. The second one was actually a redo where someone else 'fixed' it.

If you have an ACME prop give them a call. I've had 2 props fixed by them, one I just got back 2 weeks ago, and they do a great job with about 1 1/2 weeks turn-around. Their prices are comparable to my local shops as well. If you are luck enough to be part of a shop, group, etc that has anything to do with boats they will give you a discount as well.

Contact Jimmy or David at Promarine. They moved to Durham off hwy 501. I took mine there and they turned it around in a week or so for $170 bucks and mine was in worse shape than what your saying yours looks like. The number is 919-401-6073.
