Carpet Replacement Tips 2001 SS/SA

Looking for guidance on replacing the carpet in my 2001 SS; is this something that is best left to the professionals?

Has anyone ever heard of after-market cutouts that could be installed via snaps like the newer styles?

I have replaced the carpet in three of my boats with really good luck. I always bought factory replacement carpet. Each time I pulled the old out I would save it as a pattern. Its not hard, it just takes patience.

How does it come out? Is it glued in? Is there instructions provided by Correct Craft when they ship you the factory replacement carpet?

Bump! Looking to do this over the winter. Does anyone known where to get great quality black carpet?
