seriously what else could it be besides the pos and neg wires? I have changed or replaced everything else.

Why I want my boat for the weekend... My wife and daughter would like to go see the fireworks by water I also have friends in town for the weekend who would like to be able to pay some on the lake I live on. I am 1/2 tempted to just trade this ****er in on a different boat its really starting to piss me off.

There are many things. Can you email (do not post) to me all your data points that you've tried? and if ever you did put a voltmeter on it...especially on the winding side of the starter-mounted solenoid while someone held the start button down.

Thanks EVERYONE it turned out to be the Neg cable was rubbing against a screw and almost cut completely.
