Radio wont turn off or turn up.

Need help . Was out on the lake yesterday and the radio wouldnt turn off or even turn up. Got back to the Marina turned the boat off and the radio was still on. Tried to use the clarion remote and nothing would work. Tried to turn the radio off using the face plate and nothing. I had to unplug the radio to get it to turn off. Then i plugged it back in and the light on the radio came on but you couldnt turn it up or off.

It is on a 2004 SV211.
