where are the empty pumps on a 2003 SANTE?

unfortunately I had some fiberglass work done (hit a stump) that involved pulling the tanks and everything short of the motor out, well when they put everything back in apparently they forgot to plug the port (driver's left) empty pump back up, so i've been trailering around a full tank for the past two trips, finally have time to address the problem but I don't know where the empty pump is located, i see what I assume to be the fill pumps on the port side beneath the motor, where are the empty pumps in relation to these? it kind of appears tracing the empty hose back from the hull it goes underneath the port tank, please tell me it's not underneath there

Great excuse to buy some 750 pound Fat Sacs and completely replace those hard tanks . Did mine two years ago and it has been one of the best upgrades I've done.

Do note that I resisted the urge to throw that out there. But yeah, would have been the perfect time. And them you wouldn't have even had "empty" pumps to have an issue with.
