Smarter guys than I are going to chime in here. That said, if you are referring to a truck motor, you are going to be a long way off when you start.
Call Jody Seal, or ping him on this site. TeamSeal is his screen name here. He would probably have the 330 that I assume is in your boat now.

Off the top of my head, you would need the following, ECM, exhaust, water pump, RWP, bellhousing, marine starter, disty, alternator, different mounts, wire harness, etc. I believe the cam is different, also. Awful lotta work considering you can probably just get a boat ready 330 for what all that stuff will cost you, and then you may still have issues.

You need to identify the engine you have, that you want to replace. I believe the 216 was introduced in 2003, and Correct Craft no longer used Ford engines in any of the boat models.
If you want to swap a Ford engine, you probably are looking at also replacing the transmission, and very possibly the cradle that holds the engine in the boat, due to different motor mount locations.

If you have a GM engine, it would probably be much cheaper to stay with a GM engine.

Do you mean intake manifold? As in the top of the motor where your fuel system bolts on? If so, why not replace that only? Or do you know for a fact that your block is also cracked?

2 nations separated by a common language...

You have to be very specific when asking a question on this site. There are just way too many variables involved for anyone to give accurate advice if the inputs are vague or just wrong. Garbage-in-garbage-out.

How do you know your engine needs to be replaced? Did you blow it up? Overheat it? Freeze it? No oil? You are quite possibly creating far more work than necessary for yourself. You are not really providing any background trying to seek help.

I would start with the intake as that can be had much more inexpensively, and be swapped with the motor in the boat. Cannot hurt to get that part done, and see what happens. Why not pull it and have it rebuilt if it is messed up? Go through everything first.
