While discharging water from the tanks, both pumps will only run 20seconds or so, they then quite, I give them a little break, and then discharge for another 20 sec or so. Think the symptoms are a simple impelled replacement????

Doesn't sound like an impeller problem. Should be pretty easy to check though. Open up the impeller head. If the impellers are cracking, then it is time to change them. However, if I had to guess, I'd say you might have a kink in your hoses or something else that is restricting water flow. First, if the impellers are shreaded, they wouldn't work at all. Second, the jabscos have an auto shut-off if they sense that they are running dry. I can't believe that more than one pump would fail at the same time. I can believe that they are running dry and shutting off. Please provide more details about your setup. Do you have bags are hard tanks for starters. I would assume bags, but I hate assuming. Also, are the pumps shutting off or are the running but not pumping water?Now

I have gone through two green Jabsco ballast impellers on my 2011 already. When the impeller spins on the shaft, it just stops working. So I replaced the 2 green impellers that didnt look too bad at all with new ones. The pumps ran the past several days about 15 seconds on then shut off for 30 or so seconds then mysteriously come back on again for 15 seconds or so. Both sides were doing this and today they are not doing anything. I know I have good power going to the relays. My guess is that my relays are bad????. You think I should replace my relays???
