PP KDW settings for 03 SAN with 3K

I put StarGazer in my 03 SAN with the Excalibur 330. I run around 3100 worth of ballast. Stock prop.

My PP is super inconsistent. If speed is set to 24 MPH it will range from 20 - 28 and never actually hold speed. Just up and down, up and down, up and down...

What do you guys do for KDW settings with similar setups?

I don't know anything about star gazer but that runs off GPS right? Could it be a bad/poor signal?

I have an 04 and we run similar weight, stock prop (Acme 644). It's a paddle wheel PP and the speed is very consistent. I consider it more consistent than my buddies Moomba with Star Gazer.

Wow I was wanting to upgrade to stargazer thought I was only reading good reviews? So I was gonna do it because once I added any weight to my paddle wheel perfect pass went to crap got it somewhat better with 180 kdw and Nn (pw=paddle wheel)at 40. But I don't think stargazer uses that option though? Once I added weight I can't figure it out so we just drive old school hand and throttle. Rpm to slow as well we tried to mess with the settings didnt seem to help much. So would love to here from some sacked out boats as well
