My center ballast tank syphons water past the pump filling the tank when the pump is turned off. I have replaced the impellor with a newer stlyle (don't remember which color) but it did not resolve the problem. Does anyone have a remedy for this issue? I have solved the issue by shutting the through hull valve.. but it is just annoying to reach down there to turn the valve when i want to keep the water out. Thanks in advance for any help.
