Bilge pump outlet help

I have a 01 SAN. It has a bilge pump behind the fuel pump that pumps the water out on the starboard side next to the driver. Where does the bilge in the back of the boat near the rudder pump to? It seems when I turn on the pump water only comes out in 1 locaton. Please advise as to where it is suppose to come out.

t think both pumps "T" into the same outlet hose.

My 01 san bilge seems to only pump out of one outlet and its on the starboard side but at the rear next to the ballast outlet. I also have another outlet there by the ballast outlet that I don't know what is meant to come out of it as no ballast or bilge comes out. Have never seen anything come out of it. My outlet on the starboard side by the driver is the air vent for the ballast.
