    ACME Prop Question

I tried out an ACME 422 (4 blade) over this past weekend in my 95 Ski Nautique. I have the Pro Boss 351HO that has always ran 4800 RPM @ WOT. Running the ACME i have good holeshot and 47 top speed. Thats about the same top speed (within .5 mph) as any of the props ive used. However, WOT RPM is only 4500 now. Looking for thoughts or comments regarding the drop in RPM @ WOT.

One last Question...Are these pictures representative of proper winterization techniques?

    Darrel,

LOL! Now that's what I call winterizing. I like the longboard!!! Do you paddle into the wake with that bad boy or do you have to use a line?

      RE: ACME Prop Question

We used a line to get going but after that we could go a mile w/o it. Air was 77 degrees, H2O was 58, and the adult beverages came in convienent aluminum easy open containers.
