2002 SN 196 LE - GT40 - replacing digital gauges

I was looking at the speedo and it has 7 wires and the gauge I bought has a place for a pitot tube. Am I going to have to get a different gauge.

The gauges I bought are Faria gauges.

Also is there a way to set the hour meter to the current hours?
