The sender is in the fuel tank. I am going off what I remember from a model year 2003 206.
You have to remove the back seat, and you will get to a base it sits on. Possibly reach up under the gunnels on both sides, adjacent to the back seat, and there might be knobs, or other ways of fastening the seat back in. There might be rubber straps, or over center clamps holding the seat bottom cushions on, I just do not know. You might get access to the knobs holding the seat back in by going forward from the aft storage trunk, by removing a few panels, that are just flexed to get them in.
After removing the seat upholstery parts, you might have to remove a seat support, that sits over the gas tank.
The gas tank will probably need to slide forward to get enough clearance to pull the sender out of the tank.
Sorry, I cannot be more specific. It has been a while since I worked on a 206, and that was a 2003 boat. Things may have changed.

I think my 206 sender is accessible from the trunk.

The top of the sender may be accessible from the trunk, but you may not be able to pull it completely out of the tank. You might be able to, I just do not know.
