2011 nautique back seat removal

hi everyone,im trying to work out how to remove the back rest seat assembly from my 2011 ski nautique but cannot figure it,i cant find the supposed straps or anything!!!!!!

It is mounted to the deck of the boat with "push pins", there is a proper tool that most motor trimmers use. A piece of cloth over a screw driver will also work if you are careful. You'll need to replace some of the pins after you get it off.
