    2002 cranks but won't start

Electrical checks out. Once in awhile it might sputter, but will never start. Any ideas?

Off the top of my head I'm thinking bad gas. Have you checked the water seperator?

You said electrical was good, are you getting good spark?

Sounds like what my boat did first thing this summer. Replaced the low-pressure fuel pump; problem solved.

I'm with swc. I had a similar situation this year. When you put in the code and his start twice can you hear the pump prime up. If not take a tool and tap the pump and see if you can get it to prime up. Either way you are going to need to replace it if it's not priming. I changed mine out a month ago. 150 bucks and easy install.

You probably want to check the emergency kill switch. I have had this same problem on both of my boats. Engine turns over but immediately dies. Possibly try to leave the "key/start button" in the run position and check there is power across the emergency switch.
